Terms & Conditions for Registration in Training Courses and Programs

1. General This policy applies to all participants registering for training courses, programs, masterclasses, and short courses offered by Dr. Reham's Holistic Academy (the "Academy"), whether through the official website or any approved affiliated platform. By completing registration and payment, the participant acknowledges having read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms, and confirms that this acceptance is a prerequisite for valid registration. This policy applies to programs and courses with a fixed schedule and future start date (such as live courses and certification/qualification programs). Instantly accessible digital content (such as recorded lectures and the monthly membership) is governed by its own refund policy published on the official website.

2. Registration and Payment Registration for any course or program is completed by making full payment through the Academy's approved payment gateways. Completing payment constitutes final confirmation of the participant's acceptance of all terms of this policy. Published prices are final and inclusive unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of registration.

3. Minimum Number of Participants and the Right to Cancel or Postpone Delivery of any training course or program requires a minimum number of participants, determined by the Academy for each program individually. If this minimum is not reached at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, the Academy may, at its sole discretion, take one of the following actions: — Cancel the course. — Postpone the course to a later date. — Proceed with the available number of participants if the Academy deems it viable, without this being considered a binding precedent for future courses. If the Academy cancels or postpones a course for this reason, the participant will receive a full refund of the amount paid with no deduction, or may transfer their registration to the new date if they prefer.

4. Refund Policy for Participant Withdrawal Withdrawal one week or more before the program's start date: The amount paid will be refunded in full, less the actual operational cost of the electronic payment gateway only. Withdrawal during the final week before the start date: The operational cost of the payment gateway will be deducted from the amount paid, in addition to 50% of the remaining balance after that deduction; the remainder will be refunded to the participant. Withdrawal after the program has started: The participant is not entitled to a refund of any portion of the amount paid. The program is considered to have started as of the first scheduled day, even if withdrawal occurs in the hours preceding the first session on that same day. In all refund cases under items (1) and (2), the participant bears the payment gateway's operational cost at minimum, regardless of the timing of withdrawal.

5. Participant Obligations Commit to the schedule of live sessions specific to the program. Not record, share, or republish any course content (recordings, materials, files) to any party outside the scope of their personal subscription. Meet the required attendance percentage, if applicable, to obtain any certificate associated with the program. Fulfill all certificate requirements, if applicable, as determined by the Academy for each program.

6. Intellectual Property All materials, recordings, training content, and data produced within any course or program are the exclusive property of the Academy and its certified trainers. They may not be copied, distributed, used commercially, modified, or republished in any form without prior written consent from the Academy.

7. Disclaimer of Liability The content provided within the Academy's programs is educational and training in nature, in the field of holistic wellness and personal development, and does not, under any circumstances, constitute medical or therapeutic psychological advice or service, regardless of the professional qualifications of the content providers. If the Academy's founder or any of its certified trainers holds a medical or professional license in another field, that license does not apply to the programs and courses delivered through the Academy, which remain purely educational and training in nature. Any private medical consultation or session provided by any of them is entirely outside the scope of the Academy and its services, and is not governed by these Terms and Conditions. The participant bears sole responsibility for any personal decision made based on the content provided within the Academy's programs. The Academy disclaims liability in this regard and recommends consulting a qualified professional whenever a health or psychological condition warrants it. The Academy bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage resulting from misuse of the content or its application outside the training context for which it was intended.

8. Policy Amendments The Academy reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Amendments apply to new registrations from the date of publication on the Academy's official website, with no retroactive effect on registrations predating the update.

9. Acknowledgment and Consent By completing payment and registration, and checking the consent box designated for this purpose during registration, the participant acknowledges that they: Have read these Terms and Conditions in full and understood their content. Have accepted them voluntarily and without coercion, as a necessary condition for completing registration. Bear responsibility for any decision to withdraw or discontinue in accordance with the terms stated above.
